Terms of Service
Introduction #
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Recall (the “App”). By downloading or using Recall, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
For the purposes of these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Recall, and “you” refers to the user of the App.
The Service #
Recall provides access to features and functionality that may require an active subscription. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
Subscriptions and Payments #
Some features of Recall require a paid, auto-renewable subscription.
- Subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple through your Apple ID.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not have access to your payment information and cannot manage subscriptions or issue refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.
Access and Availability #
Access to subscription features is available only while your subscription is active and in good standing. If Apple revokes or expires your subscription for any reason, access to subscription features will be removed.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App or that all features will be available at all times.
Acceptable Use #
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to interfere with the App’s operation
- Circumventing subscription or access controls
- Using the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
Disclaimer #
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free.
Limitation of Liability #
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms #
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
